Can we personalise crates?

Yes we can. All our products can be personalised with words and logos.

 

Can we add your company logo?

Yes we can. Our methods need a one colour image, just email us your logo, we can advise from there.

 

Can you prioritise my order?

Yes we can. Contact us first for confirmation and current lead times, then leave us a note at checkout.

 

Can you make any size crate?

Yes we can. Fill in the custom crate form, following the diagram as reference for dimensions. We will advise costs and lead times from there.

Please check our product range first to see if any of our crates match your requirements.

 

Do I have to use your font choice?

No you don't. We can use most fonts, as long as we have them. If we don't, you can send the artwork for us to use.

 

I have seen a wooden product else where and can't see it on your site, can you make it for us?

We probably can. We did not make Pinocchio but if it's made of wood we will have a good go for you! Send us in the images and we'll advise costs and lead times from there.

 

Can you design my shop display?

Yes we can, but this can be expensive. A cheaper option is for us to advise on what you need to do to come up with your own design, which can save you money.

 

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, depending on the Customs clearance for some countries. We generally ship worldwide. Contact us for shipping costs and lead times.

Do you ship to Australia?

No, but we have a sister company in Australia that will make all your crates and wooden products. Contact www.oz-crates.com.au

 

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes, we have a trade price list, but as our products are all handmade in the UK these are not mass production priced items and our site is already discounted. Please contact us for minimum order quantity and price lists.

  

Do you offer a gift service?

Yes we do. If you want to order and pay for an item and have it sent to a different address as a gift, please let us know upon checkout. We can even include a gift message in there for you!

 

What type of wood do you use, and is it from a sustainable source?

We use Pine and Spruce softwood on our products. All our timber is from British or Scandinavian sustainable forests.

 

How is my order shipped to me? Can I track it?

All our orders are sent via Interlink Express, on a next day, tracked service. For further information, please see our Delivery Information.

 

My item has arrived, but it's damaged. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that this will happen, please contact us immediately.

 

My item has arrived but I've changed my mind. Can I return it?

In most cases, yes you can. We have a 14 day refund policy. All you need to do is return the item in the condition you received it within 14 days and we will refund you the amount, less the postage costs.

However, if your item is a bespoke, made to measure piece, we are unable to refund this unless the item is faulty.
