Delivery and Returns



We use DPD Local to ship our apple crates. Our postage prices are for UK mainland only, please contact us for a quote if you live outside of these areas on +330 1239005.

Postage rates vary starting from £5.50 to free shipping on all orders over £50.00, please proceed to checkout to view exact shipping rates for your order.

We use the latest technology to make sure your delivery is on time and at your convenience, and by working with our delivery partner DPD, we can ensure you are in charge of your own delivery.

Please make sure that you enter your postcode correctly and include your mobile phone number on the checkout page, so we can notify you by email or text of our anticipated ‘one hour delivery window’.

You no longer have to sit in and wait all day for your product to arrive. If the time is not convenient, you can use sms text or the email to change the delivery date.

You will receive a text message or email informing you of the date and time of delivery. You can choose to reschedule delivery for a different day if you require.

We also have a facility where you can track your parcel or rearrange delivery easily and conveniently while on the move.

By visiting the DPD mobile website you can quickly locate the information you’ll need about your delivery and, if necessary, make changes. The details of the web site will be included in your “order completed” email, along with your tracking number.

Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items only.  Please contact us at with details and we will be happy to arrange returns and replacement of all damaged/faulty items.

Please note we cannot accept returns for personalised items where details have been incorrectly supplied or for custom orders where measurements have been incorrectly provided.

Where applicable return and replacement postage charges may be applied or deducted from any refunds agreed.
